BUCKHANNON — With the holiday season fast approaching, shoppers looking for a meaningful gift that benefits a worthy cause will have to look no further than West Virginia Wesleyan’s campus.
For the seventh year, Wesleyan’s WE LEAD student organization is sponsoring a Ten Thousand Villages store, offering handmade fair trade products from artisans throughout the world.
The shop, located in the game room on the first floor of the Benedum Campus Center, opened on Wednesday and will run until Nov. 14.
It is open from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1-7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
