BUCKHANNON — The mobile food kitchen operating out of the Wayside Southern Baptist Church packed up on Sunday evening and no shelters remain open for Upshur County residents without power.
The mobile food kitchen had the capacity to serve thousands of meals a day and could be used more efficiently in another disaster area, according to James Farrell, administrative assistant and public information officer for the Upshur Office of Emergency Management.
