Singer from Buckhannon set to release new single

BUCKHANNON — Music and makeup?

Believe it or not, Buckhannon native Lauren Winans has found a way to put two of her favorite things together and she thinks “you’re going to luv it.”

In fact, the 21-year-old pop singer’s next single, “You’re Going to Luv It” will be released on Dec. 4.

“I wrote this song with my engineer, Eric Torres, and his sister Lisa,” she said. “We went to LA and had a lot of the track done and then we finished it in Nashville.”

The song is produced by Steffon Hemulack.
