Little Buc wrestlers win big at home dual meet

TENNERTON — Coach Quill Ward’s Buckhannon-Upshur Middle School Little Buccaneers breezed to a 72-6 victory here recently over Westwood’s Warriors in a dual wrestling match.

Bryce Pearson (78), Caleb Heavner (84), Ben Nolte (110), Steven Bean (128), Dylan Perkins (135), Logan Cutright (145), Christian Boggs (171) and R. J. Rowan (190) all recorded pins, while Levi Crites (90), Cody Underwood (95), Jack Garcia (116) and Dean Evans (heavyweight) won by forfeit.
