BUCKHANNON — Fresh off a career-high 28-point, 16-rebound performance Saturday, West Virginia Wesleyan forward Kelsey Williams nearly matched those totals Monday, helping the Bobcats overcome a sluggish first half in a 77-57 defeat of Bluefield State.
Williams led all players with 27 points and 14 rebounds Monday, securing his ninth double-double of the season in the Bobcats’ third straight victory. With the win, coach Patrick Beilein’s squad improved to 8-5 overall and 5-4 in the WVIAC.
