Bucs’ offense goes cold in loss to Bees

FAIRMONT — The East Fairmont Bees outscored the Buckhannon-Upshur Buccaneers 20-4 in the second quarter Tuesday, as the Bucs suffered their 11th straight loss Tuesday in a 65-37 defeat.

Luke Hrapchak scored a game-high 13 points and 11 of the 14 active East Fairmont players made scoring contributions in the winning effort Tuesday. Michael McCutchan added 10 points for the Bees, who improved to 6-4 overall and an even 4-4 in the Big Ten Conference.
