Rufolf Jan Spek

TENNERTON — Rudolf Jan Spek, 69, of Buckhannon, passed away Monday, Oct. 8, 2012 at the St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon.

He was born April 29, 1943 in Holland, a son of the late Aart Jacob and Woutrina Cornelia Hillegonda Barendsz Spek.

He is survived by his brother, Pieter Arie Feitse Spek of Holland.

Mr. Spek was a night clerk at the Colonial Motel in Buckhannon.

There will be a gathering of family and friends from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 15, 2012 at the Liberty Baptist Church on the Old Elkins Road.
