TENNERTON — Joyce Elsie Neal Mooney, 48, of Buckhannon, died Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2013, at the home of her brother, Joseph Neal, under the care of her family and St. Joseph’s Hospice. She was born Sept. 9, 1965, in Upshur County, a daughter of the late Harold David Kesling and Goldie Berdine Neal, who survives. In addition to her mother, she is also survived by one daughter Jessica Lynn Mooney and one son Richard Andrew Mooney, both of Charleston; two grandchildren: Raegan Page Mooney and Charles Bevins IV, both of Buckhannon; three brothers: Joseph Neal of Buckhannon, Charles Kesling of West Mifflin, Pa., and Daniel Kesling of West Homestead, Pa.; 10 sisters: Frances Tenney of Buckhannon, Rita Lowther of Volga, Sandra Wamsley of Buckhannon, Sue Duckett of Winchester, Va., Bobbie Blake of Madison, Wis., Betsy George of Buckhannon, Patricia Heater of Elkins, Mary Smith of Chandler, Ind., Jane DeMastes of French Creek, and Julianne Hagmire of Munhull, Pa.
She was preceded in death by one brother David Kesling and two sisters: Arlene Mallay and Donna Kesling.
Joyce was a former photographer for the Elkins Wal-Mart Photo Department.
Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m., today, Friday, Oct. 11, 2013, at the Heavner & Cutright Funeral Chapel. At the request of the deceased, the body will then be cremated.
