BUCKHANNON — Robert and Lois Kitzmiller of Buckhannon would like to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kathryn Renee Kitzmiller, to Frank Douglas Spears II, son of Frank and Shelia Spears of Buckhannon.
