B-UMS girls edged by Eagles

TENNERTON — The Buckhannn-Upshur Middle School Little Lady Bucs dropped a hard-fought 27-23 varsity contest to Lumberport’s Lady Eagles here last Thursday night.

Buckhannon grabbed a 5-3 first-quarter advantage on buckets by Hanna McClung and Makayla Reynolds, and Chelsea Queen’s charity throw.
