BUCKHANNON — A Buckhannon man was arrested for three misdemeanors after several different law enforcement agencies responded to a 911 call of shots fired at a residence.
On Dec. 22, Tyler Stephen Scott Linger, 22, allegedly pushed a 14-year-old juvenile to the ground at the residence after an argument, according to the criminal complaint in the Upshur County Magistrate Clerk’s office. The juvenile and Linger apparently lived in the same residence, according to the file.
