JV Little Lady Bucs stay unbeaten with wins

WESTON — Coach Brian Allman’s Buckhannon-Upshur Middle School junior varsity Li†tle Lady Bucs kept their unbeaten record intact here last Thursday and Friday, winning the Robert L. Bland Holiday Hoopla Tournament with a pair of lopsided victories.

The Buckhannon girls opened the tourney Thursday, blitzing Washington Irving’s Lady Hilltoppers, 38-2.

They claimed the title with a 30-13 triumph over Robert L. Bland’s Lady Patriots Friday.
