BUCKHANNON — Residents who received a letter from the United States Postal Service about an address change are being asked to verify that the address is correct with the Upshur County Commission office.
Commission President Donnie Tenney said the county commission had learned that some residents in the county had received letters from the Postal Service with incorrect information.
“The Buckhannon post office has sent out physical addresses,” Tenney said. “Some of those addresses they are sending out are wrong. Some of the changes that have been made since 2009 that went to the post office, they have not changed them.”
