ELKINS — Three Upshur County people were indicted on 32 drug-related counts by a federal grand jury sitting in Elkins this week.
William Trent Richardson, 21, of French Creek; Kristin Elaine Dye, 20, of Buckhannon; and Brandon Edward Anderson, 22, of Rock Cave were indicted for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and maintaining a drug-involved premise from Feb. 2 to Sept. 13, 2012, according to a press release from United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld II’s office.
Richardson was found by members of the Buckhannon detachment of the West Virginia State Police and Upshur County Sheriff’s Department deputies allegedly disposing of items related to an in-home meth lab, according to a previous article.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephen D. Warner will prosecute the cases, which were investigated by the West Virginia State Police.
