MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — West Virginia Wesleyan’s Bobcats split a pair of games here Friday on the opening day of the 2013 baseball campaign.
The ‘Cats eked out a 2-1 verdict over the Stonehill (Mass.) Skyhawks, with Aaron Adams twirling a five-hitter in a complete-game performance.
But they dropped a 16-2 decision to the Franklin Pierce (N.H.) Ravens in their second outing.
