BUCKHANNON — The man accused of allegedly sexually abusing two girls was charged with a third count of sexual abuse against a different victim Thursday.
Margel Tenney, 57, was arraigned before Magistrate Mike Coffman for sexual abuse by a parent or guardian.
On Tuesday, March 16, Trooper First Class B.K. Wright obtained a statement from a juvenile victim who said that Tenney allegedly had intercourse with her which resulted in her pregnancy, according to the criminal complaint in the Upshur County Magistrate Clerk’s office.
The juvenile victim also stated that Tenney arranged the marriage of her and her husband.
Coffman set bond at $250,000.
