BUCKHANNON — The West Virginia State Police have arrested a man for allegedly failing to change his sex offender registration.
On Thursday, May 16, Sgt. J.L. Clay was attempting to serve a DMV revocation order for a license plate issued to Darrell Ware, 45, according to the criminal complaint in the Upshur County Magistrate Clerk’s office.
Ware had registered his address as a room at the Colonial Motel, but Clay could not locate him there and an investigation showed that Ware no longer resided there.
