BUCKHANNON — The Upshur County Sheriff’s Department arrested two men after discovering an active meth cook in Rock Cave Sunday night.
Travis Wade Frame, 42, of Rock Cave, and Stewart Mullens, 36, of Buckhannon, were each arrested for operating or attempting to offer a clandestine drug lab, a felony, according to sheriff David Coffman.
Cpl. Theron Caynor and Deputy J.M. Kennedy received a complaint of a suspicious vehicle across from Rock Cave Elementary School, according to Coffman.
“Upon an investigation, they came across two gentlemen who had an active meth lab and a firearm in their possession,” Coffman said.
