Sheriff calls Gillum ‘probably the biggest marijuana dealer in our county’

BUCKHANNON — The Upshur County Sheriff’s Department released more information Friday morning about the arrest of a Buckhannon man for allegedly selling marijuana.

Ryan Keith Gillum, 35, of Buckhannon, was arrested Thursday afternoon for three counts of delivery of a Schedule 1 controlled substance, marijuana.

“It’s my belief that he is probably the biggest marijuana dealer in our county,” Sheriff David Coffman said Friday of Gillum.
