KEYSER — Tristin Stone Fox, 15, a resident of Holbrook on the Hill Nursing Home in Buckhannon, formerly of Keyser, died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013 at the nursing home.
Born on May 2, 1998 at Winchester, Va., he was a son of Angie (Aronhalt) Cook and Timothy Cook Jr. of Keyser.
Tristin loved listening to music of all types and enjoyed the sounds of children around him.
Surviving, in addition to his parents are three brothers, Jeff, Nalin and Aiden Cook and one sister, Kourtney Cook, all of Keyser, his grandparents, Jimmy and Cathy Lloyd and Timothy and Claire Cook, all of Keyser and his great-grandmother, Edith Lloyd of Keyser.
Friends were received at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013 from 6-8 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, today, Monday, Nov. 4, 2013 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Randy Shoemaker officiating.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Melanie Shreve and the entire staff at Holbrook Nursing Home for their excellent, compassionate care of Tristin for the past eight years.
