An Upshur County man is behind bars after being charged with 10 misdemeanors following a string of vehicle break-ins. Officers with the Buckhannon City Police Department arrested William A. Henline, age 22 of Buckhannon, on Jan. 4 and charged him with three counts of tampering with a vehicle, in addition to seven counts of breaking and entering a vehicle.
